Sign up to TaxDome (non-US firm registration)
Registration is free. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to take full advantage of all of TaxDome’s tools and features while using your account.
To sign up, go to the main page , click Get started to sign up as a firm owner. Then, either click Sign up with Google or enter your email address and click Get started.
Step 1. Sign up with Google or email
1. Select the account you want to use for TaxDome (if you are logged in to your Google account) or enter your Google email and password (if you are logged out).
- Click Continue.
Note
If you sign up with Google, you agree to share your Google account details (email, name, surname, profile picture) with TaxDome. These details will be used to pre-fill out the email, name, and surname in the TaxDome registration form.Use only the email address you can currently access. You’ll need to enter the confirmation code sent to this email later.
Warning
If you enter the wrong verification code more than 10 times in a row, you won’t be able to access the registration page for 24 hours.Step 2. Specify account information
In this step, enter information about your TaxDome firm account:
- Enter your first and last name and phone number.
- Specify the firm size.
When finished, click Continue. If you made a mistake at any stage, click Back to go back and fix it.

Once you select the country at this stage, you won’t be able to change it.Step 3. Specify firm details
In this step, enter information about your organization:
Enter your firm name and select your country. Select the services your firm offers, your role and the tax and bookkeeping software you currently use. This will help us better assist you with implementation. Specify how you heard about TaxDome and what kind of support you are looking for.
Step 4. Configure firm settings
In this step, configure firm settings: your portal URL, currency and language (for email credentials), invite team members and set a password.
- Add your firm’s TaxDome URL in the field. This is the website address you’d Iike your clients to see when they visit you on TaxDome.
For example, if you enter firmsample, you and your clients will see firmsample.taxdome.com in the address bar (you can change the URL to a custom domain later if preferred). Your firm’s URL can be your company name or any other name, but we recommend that you stick with your firm’s name—this way, it is easily recognizable to your clients.
2. Check the default currency. All invoices will be in the selected currency, and you won’t be able to change the default currency again.
- If needed, change the default portal language. You can always change it again in your Firm Settings .
4. If the firm size you have selected is 2+, you will be prompted to send invitations to your team members. You can skip this step by clicking Skip for now—team members can be added later from the portal .
6. Create a password for your account. It should be at least 8 characters long and consist of one letter and one number. Enter the password a second time to confirm it. Click Continue.
You should set a password even if you use your Google account. However, you will be able to log in without specifying this password.
Step 5. Book onboarding session
In this final step, you can schedule a kickoff session with our team. Choose your preferred date and time, confirm your time zone is correct, and finalize your booking.
If you’d like to skip this step, you can go ahead and select Skip for now in the bottom left corner.
