Supported browsers and system requirements

Our team does its best to provide you with the best possible user experience. To run the web version of TaxDome smoothly, make sure that your device meets system requirements and that your browser is supported.

Browsers

TaxDome works in most common browsers. Update your browser regularly, as we support the latest versions of the following ones:

• Chrome
• Safari (at least version 14)
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

Note

Some browser extensions may affect performance of TaxDome. For optimal performance, please use TaxDome without any third-party or built-in browser extensions, including extensions for dark themes.

Operating systems

If you browse TaxDome on a desktop or laptop, use one of these operating systems:

• Windows (version 7-11)
• macOS (latest version)

Screen resolution

Recommended resolution for desktops is 1600x900 or 1920x1080, with 16:9 aspect ratio. For firm admins , 1400x900 is enough.

Mobile users should have at least 375x667 resolution to use the web version.

Platforms

The web version of TaxDome is supported on:

• Desktop/laptop
• Mobile (you will have adapted design)
  

  Note

  Other setups may work, but the risk is that you will get suboptimal performance from the platform.
