Organizers (Advanced): Assign tags based on organizer answers
The Tagging feature in Organizers allows you to assign or remove account tags automatically depending on the client's answers to questions. That may help you perform onboarding and similar tasks in the most efficient way. For example, you can add tag-based conditional automation to the next stage of your pipeline.

Tagging in organizers, explained
The Tagging feature allows you to assign or remove account tags based on the organizer answers. This feature helps you onboard your clients. Instead of manually filling in their information, you send them an organizer, and they are categorized in the portal based on their answers.
The Tagging toggle is available for the following types of questions:
- Radio buttons
- Checkboxes
- Yes/No questions
- Dropdown
Set up your organizer template
To get account tags automatically assigned based on the client's answers, open your organizer template and follow these steps:
1. Click the gear icon to the right of the question.
2. Toggle on Tagging in the sidebar.
3. Select tags that should be added or removed when clients choose the corresponding answer.
4. Account tags will be updated once the organizer is submitted either by the client or a firm member. After the organizer is submitted, the tag assignment won't be undone regardless of deleting, unsubmitting or resubmitting the organizer.
In submitted organizers, to see which account tags were updated based on answers, hover over a number next to the lightning icon near the question.
