Get Help and Tech Support

We’ve designed TaxDome to be intuitive and easy to navigate so you can pick things up quickly and run your practice smoothly. Plus, whenever you need help, we’ve made sure that you can always find the guidance and support you need—however you need it.

Here’s a short overview of all the help and tech-support options we offer you:

TaxDome Academy

TaxDome Academy is an online learning tool to simplify the learning curve while adapting TaxDome capabilities to your needs. The ultimate goal of the Academy is to provide you with courses on every feature of TaxDome and help optimize it for your practice in the process.

Courses in the Academy consist of three lessons with videos on the topic at hand and quizzes at the end of each lesson. For each course, you get a successful course-completion certificate.

You can always access TaxDome Academy by clicking on the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

The TaxDome Help Center

The Help Center is filled with detailed guides to assist you with pretty much any question. Access it by navigating to help.taxdome.com or by clicking the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, typing a keyword into the search field, then choosing from the list of related articles.

You can also access the Help Center from the Mobile App. Tap the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, then choose Help center

Page-by-Page Help

On many of our pages, you’ll find little help boxes. They offer short descriptions of what you most need to know about a key features, along with links to more detailed articles.

For example, on the Inbox+ page, you’ll see a quick tip about Inbox+ and a link to How to Use Inbox+.

Want to see more related articles from our knowledge base about each page of your portal? Click the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Get Help.

In-Depth Product Webinars

TaxDome's educational webinar series was designed to delve into specific topics that provide practical insights. They take place on weekdays. These sessions offer valuable content and include live Q&A to address your questions. Register to attend and enrich your understanding of TaxDome. Webinar training sessions that cover these topics:

A lot of our short videos about specific features are embedded in our help articles, but you can also watch these directly on the TaxDome YouTube channel. And remember, you can always get to our channel by clicking on the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

System Updates

We release system updates several times a week. If you want to stay up-to-date on all new features, click the gift icon on the top right of the screen. We post updates almost daily, so check in regularly.

Send us feedback about any new features—you can do that right from there. We love hearing what you have to say!

Note: To receive notifications, click ALLOW once the pop-up appears.

Tech Support

Not finding the answers you need? Prefer hands-on help? We’re at your service.

Click the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Get Help

In the newly opened widget, click Ask. Fill in the Subject field, then tell us how we can help. We’ll respond as soon as possible.

To see old chats, click  Previous Conversations anywhere in the Ask window. When you’re done, click the X in the lower righthand corner to close the help pop-up.

tip

Note: For new users, the help pop-up is automatically displayed on every page for the first three months of TaxDome usage. It can be closed but it still appears after the page reload.
