We offer many support options if you need help using TaxDome or setting it up. This article outlines all the ways we can help you.
Basic support options
Are you having trouble finding the answers you need? Would you prefer hands-on help? We’re here to help. TaxDome basic support via chat is completely free. At first, you can get your answers from the chatbot. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can ask for help from our specialists.
Click the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Get help.
In the newly opened widget, click Chat with us and tell us how we can help. We’ll respond as soon as possible.
To see old chats, open the Messages tab in the widget or go to the latest conversation by clicking Recent message on the Home tab. When you’re done, click X in the upper right corner to close the help widget.
Note: For new users, the help pop-up is automatically displayed on every page for the first three months of TaxDome usage. It can be closed but it still appears after the page reload.
Ongoing support plans
Ongoing support plans require more in-depth collaboration between you and our support team. To activate them, go to Growth solutions > Support plans from the sidebar menu.
The available options are:

Annual success plan | $999 | Get premium support with a dedicated customer success manager for strategic growth guidance, priority email/chat (6-hour response), 10 expert hours, 4 reviews, early feature access, and integration support. |
Workflow optimization | $749 | Optimize workflows with three dedicated 1:1 sessions with automation specialists. Get help designing templates and custom pipelines that mirror firm processes, ensuring the system scales seamlessly with client growth. |
TaxDome Client Care | – | Available to Business plan users at no additional cost, TaxDome Client Care is client-facing support designed to assist the clients of TaxDome firms with technical questions about navigating the platform. This support is available through a dedicated button in the client portal, allowing them to access help when needed. |
On-demand 1:1 training
Our on-demand 1:1 trainings allow you to learn how to get the most out of your TaxDome portal. The available options are:
