AI assistant
TaxDome’s AI assistant answers questions instantly based on the TaxDome Help Center. If it can’t resolve your issue, it connects you with a support agent.
How it works
The AI assistant is trained on the TaxDome Help Center, which we keep up-to-date. Each answer includes Source links so you can read the full Help Center article for more context.
If the AI assistant can’t find information about something, the feature may not be available in TaxDome yet.
How to get better answers
-
Be specific. Describe your issue fully. For example, instead of “Documents,” ask “How do I upload documents?”
-
Use relevant keywords. Include terms related to your question—for example, “How do I use proposals?”
-
Ask follow-up questions. If the first answer doesn’t fully resolve your issue, ask a follow-up. For example, if told you need a template to add automation, ask how to create a template.
When it can’t help
-
Complex or unique issues. If your issue requires reviewing your specific setup—for example, analyzing your pipeline configuration or reviewing a screenshot—the AI assistant won’t be able to help and will route the conversation to a support agent.
-
Technical errors. If you’re experiencing a technical problem that requires investigation, the AI assistant may not be able to provide a solution and will route the conversation to a support agent.
