Tasks (Basic): View History/Audit Trail
You may need to review the history of a task—that is, see all the events that have taken place pertaining to that task. TaxDome’s audit log lets you track when someone performed any of the following actions on a task:
- Changed the assignee
- Changed the name
- Changed the description
- Added or deleted subtasks
- Changed the priority
- Changed the status
- Set or changed the start date
- Set or changed the due date
- Assigned or changed tags
To view a task’s history, click on the three dots to the far right of the task name in the Tasks list, then click Audit Trail, or click the Audit Trail link inside the task itself.
In the audit trail, you will see all events that took place with the task sorted chronologically, with the most recent at the top:
