CRM (Advanced): Reset a Client’s Password

Clients usually create passwords for themselves when they register, and they can also change a password at any time. However, if a client wants someone else to change it for them, a firm owner or team member can do it:

1. Navigate to the Info tab of the account's profile, click on the three-dots icon to the right of the client’s email address, then click on the Reset Password.

2. Click the Send button. A reset password link will be sent to the user's email.


Note! You cannot reset an archived account's password.
