CRM (Advanced): Reset a Client’s Password
Clients usually create passwords for themselves when they register, and they can also change a password at any time. However, if a client wants someone else to change it for them, a firm owner or team member can do it:
1. Navigate to the Info tab of the account's profile, click on the three dots to the right of the client’s email address, then click on the Reset Password.
2. Click the Send button. A reset password link will be sent to the user's email.
Note! You cannot reset the password for an archived account.
