Note

Team members must have the Manage documents access right and be assigned to at least one client account or have the View all accounts access right to log in to the Windows app.

Once you installed the TaxDome mobile app on your Android or iOS device, open the app and choose your option depending on how you sign in:

Your TaxDome user credentials won’t be requested again unless you change your password.

Step 2. Enter your credentials

Choose your option depending on whether you sign in:

  • Google account : This option is available to all team members and clients who use a Gmail or Google Workspace email address in TaxDome. If you don’t use it but want to sign in using Google, change your email address to a Gmail or Google Workspace in Account settings .

  • Email and password

Signing in using your Google account is considered a best practice for two reasons:

  • Security. Since you use single Google credentials for many different websites, you don’t have to remember many different passwords. So, you can create one strong password for the Google account and don’t worry about security.

  • Convenience. You don’t have to spend time entering your password manually, and you don’t need to verify your identity using a one-time code sent to your email. Also, if you need to check something in TaxDome when you’re away from your work computer, you can definitely use your Google account if you don’t remember your TaxDome credentials.

Open Google Authenticator or a similar app on your smartphone, then enter the provided code to complete sign-in.
