Manage your payment settings and earnings via Stripe

Once you’ve connected TaxDome Payments, you can access your Stripe dashboard to view earnings and change your payment details.

Before you start

Make sure you’ve completed the TaxDome Payments onboarding process in TaxDome. If you haven’t set up your account yet, learn how to connect to TaxDome Payments .

Access your Stripe dashboard

To manage your payment settings:

1. Navigate to your Stripe dashboard . You can easily access it from the Integrations tab.

2. Enter your email address which you used to sign up to TaxDome Payments.

3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number.

Note

If you no longer have access to the phone number on file, click I no longer have access to this phone number and follow the prompts to verify with email instead.

View your earnings and activity

Note

If you registered for TaxDome Payments before February 6, 2026, some features listed below may be temporarily unavailable in your Stripe dashboard. They will become accessible soon.

After signing in to your Stripe dashboard, you can:

• View recent earnings: See a chart of your earnings over time on the Home page.
• Check total balance: View your current available balance and upcoming payouts in Balances.
• Review transactions: Access a list of recent charges, payouts, and payment activity in Transactions.
• Track payout schedule: See when funds will arrive in your bank account and access payout history in Balances > Payouts.
• View reports: Access the Reporting section in your Stripe dashboard to review and export detailed payment data.

Understand payout timing

Payouts follow a standard schedule with processing delays. Understanding how this works helps you plan when funds will arrive in your bank account.

Payouts follow this schedule:

• Daily processing with a 2-business-day delay
• Daily cutoff time: 7:00 PM EST (12:00 AM UTC)
• No processing on weekends or holidays

For card payments, funds are available in your Stripe balance instantly and eligible for payout on the standard 2-business-day schedule. ACH bank debit payments take 4–5 business days to clear before funds are added to your Stripe balance. Once available, they follow the same payout schedule.

Example payout timing:

The dates above reflect when Stripe initiates the payout. Most banks post the deposit within 1–2 business days after that.

Note

Instant payouts are not currently available for TaxDome Payments.

Change your bank account for payouts

To update the bank account where you receive payouts:

1. Sign in to your Stripe dashboard (see Access your Stripe dashboard ).

2. Navigate to Balances.

3. Click Manage payouts button and select Manage bank accounts.

3. Click Edit account to update your current bank details or Add bank account to register a new one.
