To start using TaxDome on your Windows PC, download and install the TaxDome Windows app (v4).

Use the buttons below to download the app:

Before installing, uninstall previous app versions (4.x) if you have them installed.

You can also find the download links in your TaxDome portal:

Click your profile at the top right, go to Account settings, and select the ARM64 or x64 version in the Download Windows app section.

TaxDome Drive and the TaxDome Printer are installed automatically as part of the setup.

After installation, open the app from your Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Click Login.
Complete verification—either email verification or two-factor authentication. For more details on signing in, see this article .

Note

The SMS backup option is not available for the Windows app.

You can have up to two active app sessions at a time. If you sign in on a third device, the oldest session is paused automatically.

On a paused device, the main window locks and shows Resume session and Logout buttons:

Uploads and file sync stop until you resume
TaxDome Drive disappears from File Explorer (reopen any Drive files you had open)
Printing to TaxDome still works, but printed files wait in a locked upload window

Click Resume session to continue. After 1 hour without resuming, the app signs you out automatically.

Note

Closing and reopening the app does not unpause the session—the lock screen reappears until you click Resume session or sign out.

When a new version is available, the app displays a notification prompting you to restart and update to download and install it.

Your current version is always displayed at the top of the app’s window.
