Getting a ”PDF Is Corrupted“ Error?

Some PDF files are corrupted and TaxDome can’t handle them. They may open normally on your desktop viewer but cannot be viewed or prepared for e-signature on TaxDome. But no worries because there’s an easy fix:

1. Open the corrupted file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. You can get the application for free here in case you don’t already have it installed.

2. Select File, then Save As… to save your file as a new one.

3. Upload your newly created file to TaxDome again.
