Change your password, email, personal info
If you forget your password or need to change any of your personal details, such as your email address, phone number or last name, learn how here. The same instructions apply whether you are a firm owner, admin or team member .
Changing your password, email address or session duration
If you need to change the password or the email address you use to log in to your TaxDome portal, follow these steps:

Click your profile at the top right, then go to Account settings. Next, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Login details section and enter your current password.

Make changes to your password, email address or session duration, then click Save. By default, you stay signed in for 8 hours after entering your credentials, but you can decrease the session duration to 4 hours or 30 minutes.

If you’ve changed your email address, enter the verification code sent to your new email address, then click Submit.
If you need to change the password or email address you use to log in to your TaxDome portal:

Tap your name at the top, then Edit profile.

Tap either the email or password fields and enter your current password.

Tap Save to save your changes.
Changing your personal details
To change your phone number or other personal information, follow these steps:

Click your profile at the top right, then go to Account settings. Next, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Personal details section.

Make your changes, then click Save.
To change your phone number or other personal information in the mobile app:

Tap your name at the top, then Edit profile.

In the Personal details section, tap the field you want to update.

Tap Save to save your changes.
