attention

Attention! Currently the All tab of the Dashboards page doesn't show dashboards saved by your team members. We are working hard on fixing that. To see dashboards saved by your team, please use the All tab on the Reporting > Overview page instead.

Searching Dashboards

To find a specific Dashboard, type a keyword, such as a report name, in the search field. Delete the keyword to view all Dashboards again.

Tagging Dashboards

Reporting tags are used to filter your reports and are separated from other tags across TaxDome. There are four tags to label your reports:

  • Invoices & Payments
  • Made by TaxDome
  • Time Entries
  • Workflow
tip

Note! Reporting tags are different from the common Tags used in all other parts of TaxDome. You cannot create or edit them.

Applying & deleting tags

To tag a report, select the checkbox to the left of the report, then click Apply Tag and choose a tag.

To delete a tag from a report, hover your mouse over the tag and click the  X to the right.

Filtering Dashboards by tag

To view only Dashboards with specific label:

  • Select a tag from the Select tag dropdown at the top right of your Dashboards list.

  • Click any tag in your Dashboards list.

Sorting Dashboards list

Click on the Name, Modified and Author column names to sort your Dashboards.

Adding Dashboards to favorites

When you have a big team, you can have different approaches to the reporting. Thus, you can add the Dashboards you use frequently to the  Favorites tab. Each team member has their own list of favorites.

To add the Dashboard to favorites, click the star icon to the right of the Dashboard name. Click the star icon once again, if you need to remove the Dashboard from favorites.
