Documents (Use Case): Send docs to multiple clients at once
Sometimes, you may want to share one document with multiple clients, for example, if there is a policy update. This guide will teach you how to do it using folder templates.
Note! Documents can be added to folders by a firm owner, admin or any team member with access rights to manage documents.
Step 1. Prepare a folder template
1. Go to Templates > Firm templates from the sidebar menu, open the Folders subtab, then click Create template.
2. Click Upload documents.
3. Select documents to upload to the Firm docs shared with client folder.

Step 2. Apply the template to clients
1. Go to Clients > Accounts from the sidebar menu. Select the Select all checkbox if you want to add a file for all clients. If you need to do it only for a group of clients, filter them (for example, by tag) and select all, or select several clients from the list one by one.
2. Click More actions > Apply folder templates. Select the template created in the previous step. This will add a file to all selected client accounts without affecting their existing documents.
