Client mobile app (Android and iOS)

The TaxDome client mobile app makes it easy for your clients to stay connected, access their portal, and manage tasks on the go. Here’s everything you need to know to help your clients get started and to track if they are using it.

Client mobile app, explained

With the TaxDome client mobile app, your clients can access their TaxDome portal at any time from anywhere — and they can accomplish all of the same tasks as on their desktop portal. Read more for help and assistance with the client mobile app .

Download mobile app for clients

To download the TaxDome Client Portal mobile app, go to Google Play or the Apple App Store. Both links are available on the Home and Settings pages of the client portal. Or you can use the buttons below:

White-label client mobile app

The white-label client mobile app allows you to deliver a fully branded mobile experience to your clients without the cost and complexity of building or maintaining your own app.

Your app is published in the App Store and Google Play under your firm’s brand. Clients download your app, not TaxDome’s. You can customize the app icon, name, logo, color scheme, fonts, splash screen, and store listing. TaxDome handles all publishing, updates, and maintenance.

Best for firms that:

  • Have 10 or more active team members
  • Encourage clients to use the mobile app
  • Want to present a fully independent brand experience

The complete process takes approximately 4 weeks from initial contact to public launch. Once you submit your branding materials, your app will be built, configured, and submitted to the App Store and Google Play. After completing the store review process, your app becomes publicly available.

If you’re interested in launching a white-label app for your firm, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager. They will confirm your eligibility, create a branded mockup of your app, and guide you through the agreement and setup process.

Important

Once your white-label app is published, clients will need to download it from the app stores to access your firm’s portal. Clients can continue using the standard TaxDome app temporarily, but they should transition to your branded app for the full white-label experience.

Track mobile client app usage

You have two ways of tracking whether your clients use the mobile app:

  • Add the Mobile app is Installed filter to the Accounts list and apply it to show all accounts where at least one associated contact has installed the mobile app and logged in.

  • Open the account and go to the Info tab. In the Client mobile app section, you can see whether at least one associated contact has installed the mobile app and logged in.
