Invoices (Advanced): Hide invoices from clients

You can use the Hide invoices from clients feature to disable TaxDome’s invoice management and QuickBooks integration so that your clients cannot see or settle pending invoices within TaxDome. Also, you will not be able to choose the payment provider and/or payment method. 

To do so, go to Settings > Billing to Invoices subtab from the sidebar menu, turn on the Hide invoices from clients toggle, confirm the action and click Save.

Note! Generally, our clients pay their invoices directly on TaxDome. Thus, they don’t use QuickBooks to bill clients. At TaxDome, we offer QuickBooks integration. When a firm uses it, invoices and payments are automatically sent to QuickBooks, and your clients receive an email notification for new invoices.

You can switch back to the TaxDome billing management system anytime by turning off the Hide invoices from clients toggle.
