Settings (Basic): Change Your Language Preferences

The default language on your portal is set when you register. However, it can be changed at any time for your entire firm—or even just for a team member.

How to Change the Language Settings for a Firm

All TaxDome portals are initially set to the same default language. If you want to change it, navigate to Settings, then to Firm Settings, choose your desired language in the International Settings section, and the language is instantly changed. We currently support English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Finnish, Danish, and Swedish.

Note! When you change the language in Firm Settings, your non-TaxDome recipients receive emails in this language.

How to Change the Language Settings for a Team Member

The default language on TaxDome is applied by the firm owner. If you are more comfortable in another language, you can change the language settings for your own portal. Navigate to Settings, then choose your desired language in the International Settings section, and the language is instantly changed. We currently support English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Finnish, Danish, and Swedish.

Note! When you change the language in your own settings, it is only reflected on your portal, not anyone else’s. All letters you receive from TaxDome are in this language.
