Settings (Basic): System-generated emails for firm owner and team members
Depending on the recipient, there are several types of system-generated emails on TaxDome. This article explains how to deal with system-generated emails to the members of your firm.

Emails to firm members

Note! Emails to firm members are always sent to the login email, not to the one synced with TaxDome (if they are different).
Firm owner and team members receive the following system-generated emails:

Notification emails on client activity: Emails about client activity in TaxDome, including new messages, automatically created jobs, submitted organizers and more. Firm members should follow client accounts to receive notifications. | + | + |

Manage emails to firm members
- TaxDome branding (logo, footer, social media links).
- A button to log into their account.
- A button to access a specific entity (if applicable).
However, in Settings > Firm settings, you can choose whether to show in the email the context of the internal messages sent to them. Toggle on Show message context in internal notifications in the System-generated emails section.
This is how the email notification with message context appears to the team member:

- Choose which types of notifications should be sent to your email (e.g., you can opt out of email notifications for document uploads or organizer submissions).
- Decide whether you want to receive updates on specific client accounts by turning following feature on or off.
