Twilio couldn't register your brand
This error message means that Twilio rejected your brand registration due to incorrect information provided.
Fix: Click Fix issues and update the incorrect information. The incorrect fields will be displayed at the top of the sidebar. You have only two additional attempts to provide the correct information, and the next three attempts will cost an additional $4/5.4. Ensure that all provided information matches official company records.
Twilio couldn't verify your campaign
This error message means that your campaign did not pass the Twilio inspection.
Fix: Our team will contact you via email to assist in resolving this issue. If the information is correct, provide a copy of your CP575 Notice or confirm the following information:
- Your United States EIN number or your business registration number (if you are a non-US company).
- Your company name as it appears on the EIN approval letter (CP575 notice) from the IRS.
- Your company address as it appears on business registration or tax forms.
Note! The provided information should be from the CP575 notice. W9 forms are not accepted.
SMS unavailable
If you see a blank SMS page with this error, there may be issues with your Twilio subscription.
Fix: Contact your firm owner or admin or details.
Firm balance too low to send SMS
This error message indicates that your firm has insufficient funds.
Fix: Top up firm balance or contact your firm owner or admin.
