Scanning Documents to TaxDome
You can use a scanner to save files directly to TaxDome. When you use your native scanner software to upload documents, there are two ways to do it:
- You can save to the TaxDome drive
- You can print to the TaxDome app (see how this works in Windows and macOS)
To scan directly to your TaxDome drive, go to the Save option on your scanner software. Select your TaxDome drive in File Explorer, choose the client’s folder, then select the folder. The scanned file will be saved to the client's account on TaxDome.
