Migrate docs to TaxDome: Export from Sharefile
Migrating client documents to TaxDome is simple. Follow this guide to smoothly transition from ShareFile. Then, you will be able to upload documents to TaxDome in bulk.
Step 1. Map a Citrix Files drive
First, you need easy access to your ShareFile files via the Citrix Files application. To set up the Citrix Files Drive, follow these steps:

Download and install the Citrix Files app on your desktop by clicking the Apps link in your ShareFile portal, then download the app.

Open the Citrix Files app on your desktop, then enter your ShareFile credentials to map the Citrix Files Drive.
Step 2. Use the TaxDome Windows application to move your files

Download and install the TaxDome Windows Application by navigating to Account Settings > Download Windows App section of your TaxDome portal.

Use the Bulk Upload feature to move your documents from your Citrix Files Drive: Click the NEW button, select Bulk Upload, then locate the parent folder on your Citrix Files Drive.
The TaxDome Windows application will select the client names automatically. However, you can change any client name. If you have folders for clients who haven’t yet been added to TaxDome, click Create New in the account list to create a TaxDome account for them. Read more on how to use bulk upload in Windows app .
- Click Upload files to add your documents to TaxDome.
Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop files and folders one by one from your Citrix Files Drive to the TaxDome Drive. Read more on how the TaxDome Drive works in the TaxDome Drive guide .
