Migrate docs to TaxDome: Export from Sharefile

Migrating client documents to TaxDome is simple. Follow this guide to smoothly transition from ShareFile. Then, you will be able to upload documents to TaxDome in bulk.

Step 1. Map a Citrix Files drive

First, you need easy access to your ShareFile files via the Citrix Files application. To set up the Citrix Files Drive, follow these steps:

1. Download and install the Citrix Files app on your desktop by clicking the Apps link in your ShareFile portal, then download the app.

2. Open the Citrix Files app on your desktop, then enter your ShareFile credentials to map the Citrix Files Drive.

Step 2. Move your files

1. Copy your client folders from the Citrix Files Drive to your local storage.

2. Make sure accounts are created in TaxDome .

3. Use the web migration tool to import your files into TaxDome.
