We’ve designed TaxDome to be intuitive and easy to navigate so you can pick things up quickly and run your practice smoothly. Plus, whenever you need help learning the platform, we’ve ensured that you can always find the guidance and support you need.
Here’s a short overview of all the learning resources we offer you.
System updates
We release system updates several times a week. To stay up-to-date on all new features, click What’s new in the top navigation bar. We post updates regularly, so check in once you notice a green icon indicating that there’s something new to discover.
YouTube tutorials
Do you love visual assists? Subscribe for free to our YouTube channel to see our latest videos!
A lot of our short videos about specific features are embedded in our help articles, but you can also watch these directly on the TaxDome YouTube channel . Remember, you can always get to our channel by clicking Help at the top navigation bar.
The TaxDome Help Center
The Help Center is filled with detailed guides to assist you with any question. Access it by navigating to help.taxdome.com or by clicking Help in the top navigation bar, typing a keyword into the search field, and then choosing from the list of related articles.
You can also access the Help Center from the mobile App . Tap the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, then choose Help center.
TaxDome Academy
TaxDome Academy is an online learning tool that simplifies the learning curve while adapting TaxDome’s capabilities to your needs. The ultimate goal of the Academy is to provide you with courses on every feature of TaxDome and help you optimize it for your practice.
Courses in the Academy consist of lessons with videos on the topic at hand and quizzes at the end of each lesson. For each course, you get a successful course-completion certificate.
You can always access TaxDome Academy by clicking Help in the top navigation bar.
