Sign in to TaxDome

To work within our portal, first, sign in to your account. Here's how:

1. Navigate to TaxDome home page and click Login. Alternatively, go to your client portal login page using your TaxDome domain or custom domain (see here how to add your domain/subdomain to your TaxDome account).

2. Choose your option depending on whether you sign in:

  • Google account: This option is available to all team members and clients who use a Gmail or Google Workspace email address in TaxDome. If you don't use it but want to sign in using Google, change your email address to a Gmail or Google Workspace in Account settings.
  • Email and password

Signing in using your Google account is considered a best practice for two reasons:

  • Security. Since you use single Google credentials for many different websites, you don't have to remember many different passwords. So, you can create one strong password for the Google account and don't worry about security.
  • Convenience. You don't have to spend time entering your password manually. Also, if you need to check something in TaxDome when you're away from your work computer, you can definitely use your Google account if you don't remember your TaxDome credentials.

Signing in with Google account

Click Sign in with Google.

Click the account you want to use for TaxDome (if you logged in to your Google account) or enter your Google email and password (if you logged out).

Click Continue.

That's it. If you enabled Two-Factor Authentication for TaxDome, proceed the next step of the instructions. If not—you will see the TaxDome portal.

Signing in with email and password

Enter the email address and the password for your TaxDome account and click Sign in.

tip

Tip! Please reset your password if you have troubles signing in. For security reasons, your account will be blocked for 30 minutes if you enter incorrect credentials 10 times in a row.

That's it. If you enabled Two-Factor Authentication for TaxDome, proceed the next step of the instructions. If not—you will see the TaxDome portal.

3. If you enabled Two-Factor Authentication in your account, you will also need to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. Open Google Authenticator or similar application on your smartphone, then enter a provided code.

tip

Note! The code in Google Authenticator changes every 30 seconds, so if it is not accepted by TaxDome, enter the new one you see in the app.

If for some reason you can't use Google Authenticator or similar application, please use Get help link to contact your firm owner (or our support, if you're an owner).
