Intro template field reference
This article describes the fields available when creating or editing an intro template.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| a. Template name | The name you’ll see when selecting the template. |
| b. Intro text | The intro content displayed in the tax return delivery. Supports text formatting, shortcodes , and embedded videos and images. |
| c. Format | Formatting options for the intro text: Font, Style, Font size, Line spacing, Paragraph spacing, Align, Decoration (bold, italic, underline, blockquote), and List & indent. |
| d. Add shortcode | Click to insert a shortcode into the intro text to personalize it with dynamic data such as the recipient’s name or account name. |
| e. Insert | Add picture: insert an image into the intro text. Embed video: embed a video link. |
| f. Save changes / Back | Click Save changes to save the template, or Back to return to the list without saving. |
