Tags list (Basic): View and customize

You can manage and view all your tags in one place. Switch between team-created tags, AI-generated tags and customize your tag list as needed.

Tag list: how do I know where specific tags are used

For a clear overview of where tags are used, go to Templates > Tags from the sidebar menu. You'll find three tabs:

  • Your tags: Tags created by your team, used across all features listed below.
  • AI tags: AI-generated tags, used for managing documents only.
  • All: A combined view of both AI-generated tags and team-created tags. 

The available columns are:

  • Accounts. Shows the number of accounts with a particular tag.
  • Pending tasks. Indicates the number of pending tasks with a particular tag.
  • Completed tasks. Shows the number of completed tasks with a particular tag.
  • Archived accounts. Displays the number of archived accounts with a particular tag.
  • Pipelines. Displays the number of pipelines that have conditions with a particular tag.
  • Documents: Displays the number of documents with a particular tag.

To view entities with a specific tag applied, click on the light-blue number in any column.

Customize list of tags

You can customize your tag list in various ways. For example, you can resize, enable, disable and move columns to your liking:

  • Сustomize the size of the Tags column: To do it, click and hold the divider between column names and resize it by moving your mouse.
  • Customize the columns you want to display: To do it, click the gear icon at the top right of the table. Here, you can select the columns you want to be displayed and change their order. You can enable, disable or move any columns you want, except for the Tags column. After clicking Apply, the table will be rebuilt with the new settings. Click Reset to return to the default table view.
