Where is your firm located?
Tip
If you’re not sure which pricing your firm is on, go to Settings > Team & plans and open the Plan overview tab. An Active accounts section means client-based pricing.US and Canada
Client-based pricing
For firms that signed up on or after November 2, 2026, or moved to this plan at renewal. One plan priced by the clients you serve, starting at $1,500 a year ($2,000 CAD in Canada) for 150 active accounts, with up to 20 team members included.

Seat-based pricing (legacy)
For firms that signed up before November 2, 2026. You pay per seat, based on your plan tier, and your plan and price stay the same until your first renewal on or after January 1, 2027.
