Email (Advanced): Enable team members to send email on your behalf
By default, your clients always get an answer from the person they are writing to. However, you may sometimes want your team members to reply to your emails.
To do that, you don’t need to give them access to your email or TaxDome account, which is unsafe.
Note! Your email should be synced. Otherwise, the setting will be unavailable.
1. Click your profile at the top right.
2. Go to Account settings.
3. Toggle on Allow others to send from my email.
Once this feature is enabled, your team members who have been given access to a specific client's account will be able to select you as the sender of each message. This will work even if their emails are not synced.
