Enable team members to send email on your behalf

By default, your clients always receive a reply from the person they wrote to. However, you may sometimes want your team members to respond to your emails. To do this, you don’t need to give them access to your email or TaxDome account—which would be unsafe—just to allow them to send emails on your behalf.

To set this up:

  1. Click your profile at the top right.

  2. Go to Account settings

  3. Go to the Email integration section, and toggle on Allow others to send from my email.

Your email should be synced. Otherwise, the setting will be unavailable.

Once this feature is enabled, your team members who have been given access to a specific client’s account will be able to select you as the sender of each message. This will work even if their emails are not synced .
