Work with custom billing rates list

This article covers how to search, filter, sort, and manage your custom billing rates list . To view all your custom billing rates, go to Billing > Services > Custom rates.

Work with Custom rates list

The Custom rates page lets you manage your custom rates list by searching, filtering, sorting, and customizing the table to find the rates you need.

To find a specific custom rate, type a keyword in the search field, then press Enter on your keyboard. Click X in the search field to clear it.

Filter custom rates list

You can narrow down the Custom rates list by the services included in a rate or by the team member a rate is applied to. Click Filter above the list, then select one of the available filters:

  • Services: Select one or several services. The list is filtered to show only custom rates that include the selected services.
  • Team member: Select one or several team members. The list is filtered to show only custom rates applied to the selected team members.

If no custom rates match the selected team member, the list appears empty.

Sort custom rates list

To sort custom rates by name click the up-down arrows next to the Name column. The sorting option can also be applied after searching or filtering custom rates.

Customize columns

You can customize your custom rates list in various ways: enable, disable, and move columns to your liking. To do this, click the gear icon at the top right of the table. Here, you can select the columns you want to be displayed and change their order. You can disable only the Service and Team member columns.

After clicking Apply, the table will be rebuilt with the new settings. Click Reset to restore all columns.
