Mobile App: How to sign In

Once you installed the TaxDome mobile app on your Android or iOS device, open the app and choose your option depending on how you sign in:

• Tap Sign in with Google and link your account to Google. After successful linking, you will automatically go to the next screen
• Enter your email address and TaxDome password, then tap Sign in.

If you enabled Two-Factor Authentication in your account, you will need to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. Open Google Authenticator or a similar app, then enter the provided code.

Your TaxDome user credentials won’t be requested again unless you change your password.

To use a passcode, enter the four digits of your choice. Otherwise, tap the exit icon on the left. When you do select a passcode, you’ll be asked to confirm it on the next screen.

To use biometric authentication, tap Turn on Face ID or Set up biometric auth. Otherwise, tap Maybe later.

The iOS version will also ask you to Enable notifications. You can skip the step by choosing Maybe later. The Android version will enable your notifications by default. 

That’s it! You can see your Inbox now.
