Tasks and jobs assignments
This Dashboard is designed to help you track all tasks assigned to your team and to answer the question: What is staff performance?
For example, it can be used to:
- Check the work assignments
- Plan team loads
- Create reports on work done
Within this Dashboard, you can find different reports for completed tasks and those that are in progress. These are shown on different tabs.
For the completed tasks, you have:
- Tasks completed weekly: This report displays the number of tasks completed by your team on a weekly basis over the last three months.
- Tasks completed by assignee: This report provides insights into the number of tasks completed by each team member, sorted by task assignee.
- Tasks completed monthly: This report presents a table view of the tasks completed by your team on a monthly basis, also sorted by task assignee.
- Planned and done work: This reporting table enables you to track workloads, review team member performance and compare planned versus actual outcomes, including oversight on overdue tasks.
For the in-progress tasks, you have:
- In progress tasks by Account: This report provides an overview of the number of tasks currently in progress for each client account.
- In progress tasks by Employee: This report offers insights into the number of tasks currently in progress for each team member.
- In progress tasks by employee and status: This reporting table displays the number of tasks assigned to employees based on their current status, aiding in workload management.

In progress tasks by task name and account: This report details the tasks that are either planned or in progress for each client account, categorized by task name.
Revenue monitor
This Dashboard assists in revenue tracking, providing reports on both paid and unpaid revenue sorted by various criteria. It can, for example, help you to answer the following questions: What customers and services drive revenue? Which clients owe you money?
It serves several purposes:
- Control the constant cash flow of the firm
- Identify clients with outstanding payments
- Make decisions regarding overdue invoices
- Explore the average time it takes for an invoice to be paid
- Identify unprofitable clients to consider discontinuing their services
Within this Dashboard, you'll find different reports covering general revenue information ( Revenue overview) and details on unpaid invoices (Aged receivables). These reports are presented on separate tabs for easy access and navigation.
For the general revenue overview, you have:
- Paid revenue: This report shows the total paid revenue for the last three months.
- Unpaid revenue: This report shows the total unpaid revenue for the last three months.
- Weekly paid revenue: This report shows the weekly paid revenue for the last three months.
- Paid revenue by Customer: This report shows the total paid revenue for the last three months sorted by clients.
- Paid revenue by Tag: This report shows the total paid revenue for the last three months sorted by tags.
- Paid revenue by Service: This report shows the total paid revenue for the last three months sorted by services.
- Paid revenue by Tag, Customer: This reporting table shows the total paid revenue for the last three months sorted by clients and tags.
- Daily paid revenue by Customer: This reporting table shows the daily paid revenue for the last three months sorted by clients.
For unpaid invoices, you have:
- Aged receivables: This reporting table shows the overdue invoices sorted by the overdue period.
- Unpaid invoices by Posted Date: This report shows the unpaid invoices sorted by the date they were posted.
- Unpaid invoices by Customer: This reporting table shows the unpaid invoices sorted by the client and the date they were posted.
Time utilization
This Dashboard helps you track your team loads based on the time tracker metrics and answer the following question: Do we bill enough to cover costs?
It can be used to:
- Track the workload of employees
- Identify clients with extreme workloads
- Understand the performance of employees
- Explore the amount that should be paid to your team members
Within this Dashboard, you can find different reports on utilization and timesheets for all team members, displayed on different tabs.
For the utilization, you have:
- Smallest utilization rates: This report displays the team members with the smallest utilization rates over the last three months.
- Utilization rate and total hours by week: This report compares the utilization rate with the total hours worked by team members, sorted by week over the last three months.
- Employee utilization rate: This table shows the utilization rate for each team member, including metrics like time entry duration, billable hours and revenue per hour over the last three months.
- Client utilization rate: This table presents various client metrics, including utilization rate, efficiency and revenue potential, over the last three months.
For the timesheets, you have:
- Employees timesheet: This reporting table displays all tracked time entries sorted by team member over the last three months.
Capacity planning
This Dashboard compares the job time budget with the actual time spent on it. It helps you answer the questions: Was the planning accurate? What can I do to improve the estimations or align the actual time spent with them?
Within this Dashboard, you can find the following reports:
- Time variance by account: This reporting table shows job-budget-related metrics for each client account and their total invoice amount. So, you can see whether there is a significant difference for different clients regarding time variance.
- Time variance by assignee: This reporting table shows job-budget-related metrics for each team member. So, you can see whether any of your team members regularly exceed the allocated time budget.
- Time variance by pipeline: This reporting table shows job-budget-related metrics for each pipeline. So, you can see whether any of your pipelines are connected to inaccurate planning or exceeding the planned job budget for any reason.
